By joining any hiking or outdoor activity organized by The Outdoor Tribe Quest Ltd, you acknowledge that you have received, understood, and agreed to these terms. You retain the right to request a printed copy of this agreement for your records. The Outdoor Tribe Quest will make reasonable efforts to ensure you are aware of these terms prior to participation.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS
The Outdoor Tribe Quest takes precautions to enhance participant safety, including:
- Providing trained guides and support staff
- Offering security measures where necessary
- Conducting safety briefings before activities
However, you recognize that hiking and related activities involve unavoidable risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical Injury or Death: Potential for falls, fractures, head/neck/back trauma, or fatal accidents.
- Environmental Hazards: Natural events such as rockfall, extreme weather, lightning, or wildlife encounters.
- Terrain Risks: Difficulties related to steep, unstable, or slippery surfaces, river crossings, or altitude.
- Equipment Issues: Malfunction or failure of personal or provided gear.
- Health Concerns: Hypothermia, heatstroke, dehydration, or delayed medical access in remote areas.
- Human Error: Misjudgment by yourself, other participants, or staff.
You understand this list is not exhaustive, and unforeseen dangers may arise.
MEDIA RELEASE & PRIVACY POLICY
By participating, you grant The Outdoor Tribe Quest Ltd permission to:
- Capture photos/videos of you during activities.
- Use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.
Clarification:
While The Outdoor Tribe Quest Ltd prioritizes consent for direct promotional use, this clause covers incidental inclusion in group or background content. Your privacy will be respected, and you may request exclusion from featured material.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS & INDEMNIFICATION
In exchange for participation, you agree to:
- Release Liability: Waive all claims against The Outdoor Tribe Ltd, its staff, and affiliates for injury, loss, or death, even if due to negligence.
- Assume Responsibility: Accept all risks associated with the activity.
- Indemnify: Defend and compensate The Outdoor Tribe Quest for any claims arising from your participation.

- If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
